We’re live streaming a new series of exciting webinars on songwriting, production and creativity on YouTube!

The Future Sound sessions feature artists Oscar Jerome, Arji Manuelpillai and Sans Soucis. Aimed at secondary school-age students of all musical abilities, they’re free to watch.

Wednesday 24th February, 4pm – Oscar Jerome: write a demo of a new song

Click HERE to join guitarist, singer and producer Oscar Jerome for an interactive, creative session on how to write a demo of a new song. Using free production software, Oscar will write and record a track in real-time. Students will develop production skills and learn how to layer drums, bass, guitar and vocal parts.

Tuesday 2nd March, 4pm – Arji Manuelpillai: write lyrics for a new song

Click HERE to join poet, rapper and performer Arji Manuelpillai for a creative, interactive session on how to write lyrics for a new song.  Using the song created by Oscar in the first webinar of the series, Arji will be looking at rhythm, rhyme, similes and metaphors – giving you all the tools you need to make a hit record!

Thursday 11th March, 4pm – Sans Soucis: explore the creative process of songwriting
